  • How much is shipping?

    Want your order sooner? we don't blame you. Have it Express posted for a flat rate of $10.

    Shipping is free (un-tracked) on all orders worldwide.

    You may choose to have your order tracked by changing the shipping options in the checkout.

    Zuumy will not accept any responsibility for lost or delayed shipments using the un-tracked free International shipping option.

    When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. This may result in your order being rejected at customs. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once the shipment reaches your destination country. Zuumy are not responsible for any custom clearance charges. You should contact your local customs office for more information. Zuumy will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or any other associated processes.

  • I placed an order..what now?

    You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please email support@zuumysmile.com immediately and we will do our best to amend your details. All orders are dispatched by the next business day, so please mark email subject as URGENT to assist us.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.

  • How do I track my order?

    AUSTRALIA

    All orders shipped within Australia are provided with tracking. A tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

    INTERNATIONAL

    All orders shipped internationally are done so without tracking. You may choose to have your order tracked by changing the shipping options in the checkout.

    If you do choose to add tracking to your order, a tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Can I return my order?

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Zuumy smile accepts payment via credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay or Afterpay

  • How long until I see results?
